Wilentz is Pleased to Welcome Four New Associates to the Firm

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome four new associates, Allison Ens, Edward A. Malanda, Benjamin Montenegro, and Joshua C. Halma to the firm's Woodbridge office. Allison, Edward, and Benjamin are joining the firm's Business and Commercial group. Joshua is joining the firm's Personal Injury team.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Allison served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Allison earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and made the Dean’s List. Her academic journey included roles as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant, as well as serving as the Assistant Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, a student attorney for the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic, and a judicial extern for the United States District Court of New Jersey. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice. 

Before joining Wilentz, Edward served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., and the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., in the Union County Vicinage. Edward earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Regents Scholarship and actively contributed as an Associate Editor and Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Ben served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Troncone, P.J.Ch., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery, Ocean Vicinage. Benjamin earned his law degree from Vermont Law School in 2023 where he graduated from the Accelerated JD Program, completing the curriculum in two years. He graduated from Wagner College with a B.A. in Government and Politics and a minor in Sociology in 2021 while also playing for the school's NCAA Division I baseball team. 

Prior to joining Wilentz, Josh served as law clerk to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Union County. During law school, Josh was a summer associate at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.. Josh earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Volume 46, and served as Comments Editor on Volume 47. At Rutgers University, he earned his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, and Master of Science in Economics, magna cum laude.
