Allison Ens is an associate on the Business and Commercial Litigation group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Prior to joining Wilentz, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. In this role, Allison contributed to drafting and reviewing appellate opinions, producing bench memoranda, and digesting appellate records.
Allison earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2023, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient and made the Dean’s List. Her academic journey included roles as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant, as well as serving as the Assistant Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, a student attorney for the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic, and a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey’s Prisoner Litigation Office.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in 2018, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
