Joshua Halma is an associate on the Personal Injury team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Joshua served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage 12 where he constructed written opinions, provided legal analysis on dispositive motions, and maintained record keeping.
Earlier in his career Joshua was a summer associate at Wilentz where he assisted in assessing and evaluating possible client claims, writing legal briefs, and drafting motions. While attending law school Joshua served as a law clerk at a firm in Red Bank, NJ where he prepared preliminary complaints and motions, sorted discovery documents, and performed legal analysis on client cases.
Joshua earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023 where he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Volume 46 and served as Comments Editor on Volume 47. He earned his Master of Science in Economics, graduating cum laude and his Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduating magna cum laude from Rutgers University. In 2016 Joshua earned his Associate of Science in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from the County College of Morris where he made the Dean’s list for four semesters and was a member of the Alpha Beta Gamma (Business) Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
