Edward A. Malanda is an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Before joining Wilentz, Edward served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., and the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage, where he honed his skills in legal research, case management, and mediation.
Edward earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023, where he was a recipient of the Regents Scholarship and actively contributed as an Associate Editor and Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. In 2019, he graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business.
