Luke H. Policastro is an associate on the Land Use and Environmental teams at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Luke focuses his practice on all aspects of land use, redevelopment, affordable housing, and related litigation.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Luke gained experience as a summer associate in the private sector, assisting with transactions, commercial real estate, remediation matters including contractual writing and negotiation strategy. Luke also assisted in various intellectual property enforcement matters.
He earned his B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Italian from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.
While attending law school, Luke served as an Associate Editor to the Pepperdine Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law and also received a Certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, where he focused his studies on the Real Estate Track.
