Kaylee R. James is an associate in the Land Use and Environmental teams at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. She focuses her practice on environmental regulatory compliance, brownfield redevelopment, land use approvals, and related litigation.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Kaylee clerked for The Honorable Joseph A. Turula, P.J.Cv., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic, and she was selected to the Leadership Fellows Program in Fall 2020.
While in law school, Kaylee served as a law clerk and project assistant to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, where she assisted the General Counsel with corporate legal matters. She also served as a legal intern for a law firm where she conducted legal research and drafted legal documents in support of litigation.
