Wilentz Welcomes Alice M. Shanahan and Laura B. Schiller

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is excited to announce the addition of Alice M. Shanahan and Laura B. Schiller as Shareholders in the firm's Woodbridge office.

Alice M. Shanahan is a Shareholder in the Environmental Law group, where she brings extensive expertise in complex environmental law and various aspects of real estate law. Prior to joining Wilentz, Alice worked in the Northern New Jersey office of a large Philadelphia law firm where she specialized in high-profile environmental sites, managing complex matters involving contamination and regulatory compliance for major industrial clients.

Alice graduated cum laude with her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of The Environmental Lawyer Law Journal. She also holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from George Washington University and a B.A., cum laude, from The College of the Holy Cross, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Laura Schiller is a Shareholder in the Trust & Estates team, where she assists clients with creating and managing estate plans, estate administration and trust matters. Her practice also extends to elder law and special needs planning, ensuring that clients' long-term goals and family interests are preserved. Prior to joining Wilentz, Laura served as counsel at a leading trusts and estates boutique law firm in New Jersey, where she specialized in estates, tax, and corporate law.

Laura graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She earned her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
