Employment Law Update: Employers with 100+ Employees Take Note

Last week the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) submitted a status report concerning the EEO-1 Component 2 submissions for 2017 and 2018.  Although the deadline to file same was September 30th, the EEOC notified the Court that the portal would remain open after September 30th and that it “will continue to accept data as long as the Court’s order is in effect.”
