Kseniya Lezhnev is an associate in the Mass Torts/Class Action team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
Before joining Wilentz, Kseniya worked as a Litigation Associate at a nationally renowned plaintiffs' complex civil litigation firm, specializing in class actions and MDLs in areas of product liability and mass torts. Her responsibilities included managing all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through discovery and trial preparation. Kseniya has contributed to significant cases such as the National Prescription Opiate Litigation, Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Violations Litigation, and NFL Concussion Litigation.
Additionally, Kseniya served as a Staff Attorney at another prominent securities litigation firm, focusing on securities fraud and corporate governance class actions. In this role, she prosecuted shareholder rights for institutional investor clients, conducting extensive legal research, drafting complex memoranda, and preparing for depositions in notable cases such as In re The Boeing Company Aircraft Securities Litigation and In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation.
Kseniya earned her law degree from Cardozo School of Law in 2016. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.A. in 2012.
