Danielle Schweizer is an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing her practice on commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Wilentz in 2021, Danielle clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Mega and the Honorable Joseph P. Perfilio in the Chancery Division and for the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her law degree at University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law.
While attending law school, Danielle served as a law clerk to the Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, where she assisted the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit with legal research and memoranda.
As a legal compliance fellow to Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Danielle tracked U.S. Congress legislation and researched corporate compliance and regulations. She also served as a legal intern at the Legal Action Center in Washington, D.C. and as a student-attorney at the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic in Baltimore. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in 2015.
