Anna Monforth is an associate on the Real Estate and Redevelopment practice group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. The group represents developers, investors, owners, tenants, and governmental entities, counseling clients regarding redevelopment processes and regulatory requirements, negotiating and drafting redevelopment agreements, PILOT agreements, structuring transactions based on analysis of relevant statutes, property acquisition, and working with municipalities on enactments related to redevelopment.
Early in her career, Anna was an associate in the Redevelopment group at Wilentz for over ten years, working closely with senior attorneys from multiple areas of practice on redevelopment, eminent domain, and relocation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Monforth served as an intern to The Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
Ms. Monforth is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, where she served as an Editor of the Women’s Law Reporter and obtained her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University.
