Michael F. Schaff and Jason J. Krisza Co-authored a Chapter in the Eighth Edition of the AHLA's Fundamentals of Health Law

Wilentz Shareholders Michael F. Schaff, and Jason J. Krisza co-authored Chapter 10 entitled "Representing Physicians" in the eighth edition of the American Health Law Association’s Fundamentals of Health Law. 

Since publication of the prior editions of AHLA’s Fundamental of Health Law, which were also authored by Mr. Schaff and Krisza, dramatic, dramatic changes have occurred in terms of the entities that provide health care services, how these services are paid for, and the ways in which they are delivered. This new edition, created by health law practitioners, explains these changes and places them in context, helping readers understand the scope of health law and its future potential.
