Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Delanco

Tony Solimine, Esq., and Liesel Pajarillo, Esq., of the Wilentz Public finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Delanco in the County of Burlington, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $3,528,000 School Bonds, Series 2025, dated February 26, 2025.  The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades to the HVAC system and a partial roof replacement at M. Joan Pearson Elementary School.
