Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Upper Freehold Regional School District

Tony Solimine, Esq. and Timothy Middleton, Esq. of the Wilentz hashtagPublic Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Upper Freehold Regional School District in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey in connection with the issuance of $20,795,000 Refunding School Bonds, Series 2025, dated February 20, 2025. As a result of this transaction, the Board will realize $1,288,609 in budgetary savings over the remaining life of the bonds. This transaction resulted in 4.5% net present value savings.
