Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Upper Deerfield

The first financing completed in New Jersey pursuant to P.L. 2023, c. 311, approved on January 16, 2024, as amended by P.L. 2024, c. 79, approved on September 12, 2024, closed successfully yesterday. In connection with that financing, Tony Solimine, Esq., and Timothy Middleton, Esq., of the Wilentz Public finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Upper Deerfield in the County of Cumberland.  The funds will be used to finance the development and construction of an addition to the Charles F. Seabrook School.
