Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Toms River Regional School District

Tony Solimine, Esq. and Timothy Middleton, Esq. of the Wilentz Public Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Toms River Regional School District in the County of Ocean, New Jersey in connection with the issuance of $11,640,000 Refunding School Bonds, Series 2024, dated October 15, 2024.  As a result of this transaction, the Board will realize $1,070,615.73 in budgetary savings over the remaining life of the bonds. This transaction resulted in 6.78% net present value savings.
