Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Madison

Tony Solimine, Esq., and Timothy S. Middleton, Esq., of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Madison in the County of Morris, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $79,357,000 School Bonds, Series 2024, dated August 15, 2024. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Central Avenue Elementary School, Kings Road Elementary School, Torey J. Sabatini Elementary School, Madison Junior School, and at Madison High School.
