Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Cranford

Tony Solimine, Esq., and Timothy S. Middleton, Esq., of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Cranford in the County of Union, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $75,031,000 School Bonds, Series 2024, dated July 16, 2024. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake the construction of an addition and various renovations, improvements, and upgrades at Bloomingdale Avenue School, Brookside Place School, Hillside Avenue School, and Walnut Avenue School and to undertake various renovations, improvements, and upgrades at Lincoln School, Livingston Avenue School, Orange Avenue School, and Cranford High School.
