Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Pompton Lakes

Tony Solimine, Esq., co-chair of the Wilentz Public Finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Pompton Lakes in the County of Passaic, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $5,713,000 School Bonds, Series 2024, dated July 16, 2024. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various safety and security related renovations, alterations, improvements, and upgrades to Pompton Lakes High School, Lakeside Middle School, and to the adjacent Administration Offices, Lincoln Elementary School and Lenox Elementary School.
