Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Palmyra

Tony Solimine, Esq. and Liesel Pajarillo, Esq. of the Wilentz Public finance team, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Palmyra in the County of Burlington, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $18,437,000 School Bonds, Series 2024, dated July 15, 2024. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Charles Street School and to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations and upgrades, and to construct an addition at Palmyra High School, including a new parking lot, the replacement of the track and related areas.
