Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Demarest

Tony Solimine and Liesel Pajarillo of the Wilentz Public Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Demarest in the County of Bergen, New Jersey, in connection with a $3,000,000 Facilities Lease Purchase, dated February 16, 2024. The Facilities Lease Purchase will finance a portion of the costs of an addition to the Demarest Middle School.
