Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Bogota

Tony Solimine, Co-Chair of the Wilentz Public Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Borough of Bogota in the County of Bergen, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $19,954,000 School Bonds, Series 2023, dated July 20, 2023.  The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, and renovations throughout the school district’s facilities.
