Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Clinton-Glen Gardner School District

Wilentz Shareholder and public finance attorney, Tony Solimine served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Clinton-Glen Gardner School District in the County of Hunterdon in connection with its successful referendum and the subsequent issuance of $985,000 School Bonds, dated March 30, 2022. The bond proceeds are being used to acquire and install a new playground, including all related work, upgrades, and renovations making the playground ADA accessible at Clinton Public School.
