Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Teaneck

A Wilentz public finance team led by Lisa Gorab and Tony Solimine served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Teaneck in the County of Bergen, New Jersey in connection with the issuance of $3,595,000 Refunding School Bonds, Series 2021, dated January 6, 2022. As a result of this transaction, the Board will realize $273,075 in budgetary savings over the remaining life of the bonds. This transaction resulted in 7.744% net present value savings, far exceeding the 3% threshold established for local public entities in New Jersey.
