Shareholder and Co-chair of the Land Use group, Donna Jennings, has been quoted in a recent NJ.com article titled "N.J. town rejects plan to build huge Orthodox Jewish school complex for 2,500 students." The article discusses her representation of 394 Chandler Holdings in a case involving a proposed development of four private schools for Orthodox Jewish students in Ocean County.

Following the planning board's rejection of the application, Donna expressed her intent to pursue legal action by saying "I will be seeing you in court."
