Wilentz Co-Chair of the Employment Law team, Tracy Armstrong, addressed the attendees of the Gregorian Enterprises Inc. Annual Meeting on essential legal best practices for restaurant business owners. Ms. Armstrong discussed the common practices of reviewing contracts, insurance, leases, deeds, and the value of the business. She also discussed the importance of an employee handbook that outlines company policies. The Annual meeting was held at The Graycliff, in Moonachie.
