As a Law Firm that prides itself on its extensive experience in Redevelopment, Wilentz is a sponsor of the upcoming annual NJ Future Smart Growth Awards to be held on October 22 at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center from 5:30-8:30pm. The event will be a good networking opportunity to meet hundreds of developers, planners, engineers, architects, and representatives of governmental entities, all of whom are undertaking redevelopment projects, giving you the opportunity to potentially attract new Redevelopment work for our Firm. The list of projects being featured at this year’s events, each of which will be described in a specially designed video, includes examples of much of the work that we do. For example, mixed use/mixed income project including affordable housing, brownfields industrial redevelopment, infrastructure to reduce flood hazard, and transit oriented development, and thus the event provides an opportunity for you to share what our firm is doing on similar projects.
