We are pleased to share that Wilentz shareholder Darren M. Gelber was a guest lecturer on Wednesday, March 12, at Rutgers University’s undergraduate course, Public Health Law and Ethics.
During the lecture, Darren provided valuable insights into the laws and regulations governing New Jersey’s adult-use recreational cannabis industry, offering students a deep dive into this evolving legal landscape. Darren's hands-on experience advising clients in this rapidly developing field provided students with a unique opportunity to learn about various issues affecting the cannabis industry.
