Wilentz Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Cannabis Law practice group and Chair of the Criminal Law group, Darren M. Gelber to present as a guest lecturer at a Rutgers University class, “Public Health Law & Ethics.” A class designed to introduce students to public health law and ethics, stressing community health and well-being versus the rights of the individual. Mr. Gelber's lecture to the class will address the origins and impact of cannabis legalization.
