Peter A. Greenbaum to Present on Legal Aspects of Operating a Business

Wilentz Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Corporate practice group Peter A. Greenbaum will present "Legal Aspects of Operating a Business" at SCORE, a nonprofit association comprised of trained counselors advisors and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. During his presenation, Mr. Greenbaum will provide an overview of the different types of businesses, governing documents, business contracts and trademark filing.
