Willard C. Shih to Present at NJICLE Civil Rules Update Seminar on Amended Appellate Rules

Wilentz Shareholder Willard Shih will present as part of the faculty at the NJICLE Civil Court Rules Update conference, presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Civil Trial Bar Section and the Special Civil Part Committee. The seminar will provide an update concerning the series of amendments to the Rules governing the courts of the State of New Jersey that were adopted by the New Jersey Supreme Court. The amended rules took effect on September 1st. 

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.6 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 3.6 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
