Steven Tripp to Serve as Moderator at New Jersey Builders Association Legislative and Regulatory Update

Steven Tripp will moderate the “Performance Guarantee” panel, providing an overview of recent amendments to the performance guarantee provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law. The panel is part of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) Legislative and Regulatory Update, which will also include a review of the NJBA’s recently enacted Sewer & Water Connection Fee Law and pertinent environmental regulations.
