Edward Kole to Serve as Panelist at Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey Conference

Edward Kole will serve at panelist at the 42nd Annual U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey Judicial Conference. Topics of interest will include “Ethical Responsibilities and Pro Bono Opportunities in the D.N.J. – The Re-entry “ReNew” Program, Section 1983 Litigation and Seeking Justice for All.” 

Additional topics will include “Navigating Corporate Internal Investigations: Perspectives from the Company, Private Counsel, and the Government;” and “Ethics of Maintaining Security of Attorney-Client and Other Sensitive Data – Before, During, and After a Law Firm Data Breach.”
