Todd E. Lehder to Present NJICLE Seminar on Drafting and Negotiating Leases

Wilentz Shareholder Todd E. Lehder will present "Critical Issues in Drafting & Negotiating Office, Retail, Industrial and Ground Leases" at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Lehder and the other panelists will address a broad range of topics in the full-day program, which will feature an overview of key transactional real estate issues including defaults and remedies, financing, and insurance.
